Who we are

An integrated space, entirely yours for hours.

We are a home-based, integrated space with individualized programs designed for client-specific needs. We focus on one client per session. Every session begins by assessing where you are now, listening to where you would like to be, and discussing a recommended program together.

To ensure the highest level of personalized attention, we schedule a limited number of clients. Those who book regular sessions receive priority scheduling.

"Zeta Potential" is how well the fluids in your body move. When it flows, the liquid crystalline lymphatic waters move smoothly within the body. When lymphatic fluid becomes sticky, lymph nodes become congested and inflammed.

"Flow Presso" lymphatic drainage machine — FDA approved medical device which encourages gentle lymphatic movement. Excellent for clients with diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, slow digestion and swelling in the body. The machine is geared to your sense of pressure, and is never ever more than a gentle squeeze.

"Cranial Sacral Touch" is the pillar of my existence for the last 15 years. This gentle touch is what osteopathic doctors gave up in order to join the AMA in the 1960s. This gentle touch has the potential to reset you nervous system to a much quieter frequency. Flow Presso and Cranial Sacral Touch combined are powerful modalities to Quiet the Mind Chatter of every day existence.

Homeopathic Remedies — I muscle test for homeopathic drainage remedies before you lie down on the lymphatic compression machine. I can also muscle test your supplements which you are currently taking, to see which supplements your body really likes.

Nutritional and Lifestyle discussion — I have studied Ayurvedic nutritional counseling. Together, we can help you understand your body type; how to feed and care for your temple.

I was Astonished by my first experience on the Flow Presso machine. Within 40 minutes, I was transported to a place called Stillness in the Cranial Sacral world parlance. Cranial Sacral touch is usually a 2 hour session, requiring 3 to 5 sessions to get to Stillness!!! That experience made it clear I needed to invest in this machine and bring both modalities together. I believe the combination of rhythmic wave compressions with intelligent touch is the next level of neurological reset.
I recommend combining a Flow Presso session with a Cranial Sacral session for a full body nervous system reset.

Transparent Pricing: Flow Presso session — $90. Forty minutes on the machine, plus about 10 minutes of preparation getting in and out of the suit. Plan for a little over an hour.
Flow Presso session followed by a foot bath — $125. An hour and a half session (a foot bath is highly recommended after Flow Presso).
Flow Presso / Foot Bath / Cranial Sacral session — $250 per session. Only considered after a person has had 3 Flow Presso sessions, as this combination can be powerfully transformative.
Flow Presso sessions, in and of themselves, introduce you to your nervous system's Stillness. "Stillness" is a nervous system recalibration. It can be a portal to transformation. This is a powerful, life-changing platform; you decide how far and how deeply you choose to go.

Ayurvedic conversations and body type / body energy conversations are always available. A Vedic astrology examination may help you understand your life force and focus. I charge hourly for these services.

Sheila is a registered cranial-sacral therapist, a certified Flow Presso lymphatic drainage therapist, and an industry-trained homeopathic consultant. She is a Jyotish Astrology student and has studied Ayurvedic nutrition.

An exercise enthusiast, Sheila enjoys the rebounder, resistance training, aerobic training, walking — and playing with her canine companions, Wunder and Roxie.
